At Tech Skilling, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty policy outlines the terms under which we provide warranty coverage for our electronic devices.
Warranty Period
The standard warranty period for all Tech Skilling products is 12 months from the date of purchase. During this time, we will address any manufacturing defects as outlined in this policy.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Functional failures that occur under normal use conditions.
What’s NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, etc.).
- Water damage or exposure to moisture.
- Improper use or handling of the product.
- Normal wear and tear.
How to Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@techskilling.com.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Turnaround Time
Once your claim is submitted, we will process it within 5-7 business days. If the warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for shipping and handling.
